Capital Advance was created by the product development team under the guidance of Marcus Cassidy, a very experienced landlord and property management agent, now CEO of In House Group plc, managing over 1200 properties of all descriptions.
The letting market has always suffered from fundamental problems faced by landlords and agents on a daily basis. With this in mind, Capital Advance set out to introduce some radical new products to combat many of these problems and make both a landlord's and a managing agent's cashflow much more secure.
